The 2015 iteration of The Caley comprises 74% Coonawarra Cabernet and 26% Barossa Shiraz, meticulously crafted for extended cellaring potential, promising exquisite enjoyment from release until at least 2035 and beyond. Both Coonawarra and Barossa vineyards yielded fruit of exceptional quality, characterized by concentrated color, vibrant flavors, captivating aromatics, and refined tannins.
