Wilderness Trail Settlers Select Single Barrel Rye is made from a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, 12% malted barley. The rye and corn are grown by a local farm and the grain bill uses a sweet mash rather than a sour mash like many Kentucky whiskeys use. Bottled without chill-filtration at barrel proof. As these are single barrel releases, expect variations in flavour and proof.
