The Chardonnay grapes for this wine were harvested at different ripeness ranging from 11 baume to 12.5 baume. Poured into a glass, it flaunts a straw colour with a pale green hue. The bouquet exudes vanilla, honeycomb and citrus fragrances. A sip of the wine pleases you with a rich smooth mid-palate revealing ripe fruit and oak flavours. Infused with minerality and citrus hints, the finish is persistent.
