Nose: Full of fruit and spice.  Fresh orange rind, plum and caramel with sweet vanilla and warm cinnamon.
Palate: Plenty of warming ginger and cinnamon rounded out with soft butter toffee, coffee, almonds and a hint of coconut.

Plantation Single Cask rums are limited releases of double-aged Haute Couture rums. All Plantation rums mature in a two-stage ageing process, beginning in the tropics, where they age in Bourbon casks, and then in France to mature in Ferrand Barrels. Every Single Cask of rum takes its own ageing path to greatness; each bottle is personalised and numbered. Only a few barrels of these unique reserve rums are bottled annually, making them a prize for collectors.
