Open and expressive on the nose, with a summery array of cherry, mirabelle plum and sage, with complex notes of new car leather, butcher's block and rose petal. Medium-bodied, silky and supple in the mouth, fine-grained tannins frame the plump cherry fruit, and woody and floral herby notes mingle with the smoky French oak flavours to produce memorable complexity.
