Aged in casks that once contained Islay whisky, later combined with ex-bourbon barrels and allowed to mature in the warm Tel Aviv climate. The outcome is a gentle, pleasantly smooth, and subtly peated whiskey. Its freshness is delightful, featuring a unique smoky, earthy aroma complemented by notes of lemon and vanilla oak. The palate unfolds with initial vanilla sweetness leading to a delicate touch of peat. A mild spiciness accompanies flavors of ginger and lemon, and the peat leaves a lingering lemony oak aftertaste.
