Fruit from the estate vineyard in Clare. Matured in a combination of French oak (circa two-thirds), the balance in tank for 15 months. This is juicy and delicious. Silken tannins and a flowing brook of blackberry bramble, salted licorice, a whack of aniseed and star anise, and a sprinkling of crushed pepperberries.
