Full depth crimson with bright purple highlights in colour, the wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, vanilla and waffle cone with smoky peat notes. This Shiraz has a complex palate of plum, blackberry and vanilla with charry notes and a beautiful soft finish. Pair this wine with a pan-seared scotch fillet of beef wrapped in smoky bacon.
