Our Cyclops IPA presents a deep golden/pale copper in colour with assertive candied citrus, stone fruit and spice leaping from the glass courtesy of modern American hop varieties and lifted dry hopping rates. Unashamed use of character malts lay foundations for punchy bitterness.
