Foursquare’s Exceptional Cask Series showcases the most distinctive and sought-after rums from this renowned distillery. Personally selected by Richard Seale, the 2011 release features bold notes of caramelized fruit, complemented by berry and tea tannins.

This cask strength, single blended rum (combining column and pot still rum from a single distillery) was aged for 12 years in a mix of first, second, and third fill ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered, with natural colour, no added sugar or additives, at 60% ABV.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of caramelized grapefruit, dark cocoa, butterscotch, and overripe pineapple lead to a rich and expressive palate of tropical fruit, dried berries, black tea, and citrus peel, culminating in a lengthy, drying finish.
