Dudognon Folle Blanche Cognac is made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes. We have reintroduced this ancestral grape variety, which was mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, back to our estate. We pay particular attention to this early and sensitive variety.Distilled over a wood fire and aged in new Limousin oak barrels without sugar, wood or caramel.
