A combination of pot and column still rums, the majority aged for twelve years in ex-bourbon casks with the remainder matured for twelve years in ex-madeira casks before being blended. The label features the Spix Macaw, which is critically endangered and probably extinct in the wild.

This is rich and sweet with notes of tropical fruit and toffee apples.
