A natural wine sourced from certified organic vineyards in Canowindra, New South Wales. Winemaker Arron Merced takes a hands-off approach in his winemaking approach allowing both vineyard and variety to shine through. This pet nat is made from a classic sparkling varietal - Chardonnay which is simply singing! It’s lovely and fresh with apples, citrus peel and hints of yogurt and brioche. Light of the fizz and full of fun!
