Sauvignon Blanc is one of the world’s more popular white wine grape varieties and is capable of many different expressions depending on the region and climate in which it is grown. The cool climate Pyrenees district of Victoria can produce distinctive wines with this variety and the Blue Pyrenees Sauvignon Blanc is a great example.

Appearance: Pale straw with vibrant green.

Nose: Distinctive aromas of lychee, gooseberry, boxwood, lemongrass with hints of white blossom.

Palate: Vibrant passionfruit on the palate with lychee flavours. The palate is balanced by a fine line of acidity and finishes with tropical fruit characters and persistence of flavour. Designed to be enjoyed young.
