A vibrant and beautifully textured expression of Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is elegantly structured with seductive passionfruit and green apple flavours, fresh herbaceous notes and a subtle touch of minerality.

Nose: It has intense lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit along with freshly cut grass and subtle mineral salt.
Palate: The wine is vibrant and lively with delicious flavours of passionfruit and green apple along with some subtle herbaceous characters and a hint of minerality that is typical of the region. Texturally, it is very elegant and delivers a sophisticated version of a very popular white wine variety.
