The Noble Riesling has a bright, rich golden yellow colour. The nose has fresh lifted aromatics and classic botrytis characters of orange marmalade, citrus and honey. These aromas flow through to the palate which is concentrated and complex with a silky mouth feel. The high natural acidity balances the residual sweetness to provide a refreshingly clean finish. While this wine is held for 3 years before release to the market, it will continue to develop over the next 5 to 8 years.
