Peach Smash
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
- 3/4 oz REÀL Peach Syrup
- 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 oz Fever Tree Sparkling Sicilian Lemonade
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice and stir.
- Top with Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade.
- Garnish with a mint and peach ring and enjoy!
Highball
Ingredients:
- 2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
- 4 oz chilled soda water
- Lemon peel garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a highball glass.
- Top with ice and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
- Add your favourite bitters or try an orange zest to add dimension.
Gold Rush
Ingredients:
- 2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz 2:1 honey syrup
- Lemon wheel garnish
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a lowball glass and serve down (large cube suggested).
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Sazerac
Ingredients:
- 2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
- 3 dashes Peychaud's® bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- 1 barspoon Absinthe to rinse
- Lemon peel garnish
Directions:
- Pour absinthe into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir.
- Dump out absinthe from the glass and strain mixing glass into the old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a large lemon peel.
- Try this on a large rock for a longer lasting drink with a little less heat.
