This bourbon is crafted from casks located in the heart of the rackhouses, where temperature and humidity conditions are ideal. Booker's is bottled straight from the cask with no added water and minimal filtration, preserving its pure, unaltered character.

Batch 2024-01E, aged for 7 years, 1 month, and 12 days, offers an aroma and flavour profile dominated by sweet vanilla, followed by notes of charred oak, caramel, and brown sugar.
