This rye whisky is handcrafted from a unique mash bill of Australian heritage rye grain, winter wheat, malted barley and chocolate malt.
Our first single cask, rye release. Matured in a Rutherglen Tawny cask and bottled at cask strength.
Tasting Notes: Raspberries, red lollies and dried fruits. Punchy cereal spice and roasted macadamias.
