This shochu is well balanced, made from home-grown rice, and matured in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Tarusky selected Cask No. 54 from among the other casks that were filled at the same time and produced approximately 800 bottles from this cask. Rice shochu matured in a single cask – with elegant flavour and mellow taste.
