It epitomises the purity and elegance of the cool climate in Coonawarra. Fruit for this wine comes entirely from Tim Kidman's vineyard; specifically blocks 1 and 2 chosen for exceptional quality. These vines are 50+ years old and rest in classic Terra Rossa over limestone soils. This elegant shiraz is lifted and pretty with notes of blackberry, mulberry, black tea and spice. Long, full and rounded with fine tannin and a vibrant yet powerful finish, this Shiraz is a complex, medium-bodied wine that will age beautifully with careful cellaring.
