Saint James Single Cask 1997 is a tribute to the savoir-faire of Saint James distillery and celebrates the 20th anniversary of the AOC Martinique.After one very dry period between February to March, this cuvée is one of the driest vintages before 2000 for Saint James. The perfect harvest with a lot of qualitative canes created a rum full of ripe fruit aromas and natural sweetness. This cask has been aged for more than 10 years to develop an aromatic palette.Colour: Mahogany in colour.Nose: A nose on the sweet spices followed by cinnamon.Palate: In the mouth, this Saint James single cask opens on dried fruit, cocoa and mocha.Final: All roundness is ample on the prune and a cigar box.
