Now try our refreshing, bone-dry 2021 Rosé! This Rosé is uniquely made from a blend of our rare Germanic grape, Trollinger, plus other Adelaide Hills red fruit. Made in the typical French Provencal style, it features a pale watermelon juice colour, with a succulent nose of red cherries and apples. The palate is electric yet textural, and with an exciting bright cherry, apple and strawberry core that’s offset by an exhilarating natural acidity. The long, juicy finish has you salivating for another sip. Perfectly matched to freshly shucked oysters and all your favourite seafoods and South East Asian cuisine...
