Very pale yellow/green in colour, the nose shows plenty of varietal typicity with citrus notes of lime zest and lemon blossom with the trademark Tea Tree Granny Smith apple character also evident. The palate is juicy and crunchy with the acidity contributing energy and vibrancy, perfectly balanced by a gentle lick of residual sugar.
