Notes from the producer: The colour is light with a green tinge, the aromatics display classic Great Southern riesling characters of apple blossom, citrus and lime tones. The palate shows a dry styled riesling with subtle mineral undertones and a tight acid-driven crisp finish. The lees work adds a softly textured mouthfeel ensuring this wine is well suited to foods such as seafoods. It is anticipated in time this wine will evolve to display a stone-line minerality and poached citrus richness, while retaining its linear acidity.
