Made from grapes sourced from Adelaide Hills and certified as Vegan friendly. Upon release, the wine presents a pale straw color with a subtle bronze hue at the rim. It reveals lifted pear aromas intertwined with hints of fresh apple, alongside delicate floral and spice undertones. This captivating wine showcases flavors of green apple, ripe pear, and luscious nectarine, harmonized with a pleasing touch of spice. While its supple texture owes to oak barrel fermentation, the finish maintains a crisp, dry, and refreshing quality. Fermented in 3 and 4-year-old French (Burgundian) oak barrels, the wine wasn't further matured in oak, crafted for immediate enjoyment yet capable of cellaring over the short term under optimal conditions.
