Pure, light and crystalline with subtle bronze tints and a delicate thread of bubbles. The seductive and expressive nose offers an explosion of aromas and a rich and well-rounded palate dominated by mouthwatering notes of ripe fruits and white flowers. The wine is silky, delicate and direct on entry to the palate, which is underpinned by an intense minerality. A complex array of aromas including quince, apricot and mirabelle plum set off by candied fruits and lavender honey.
