From the bottle to the glass, this champagne is a pale, crystalline gold colour with glints of the Chardonnay varietal. On the nose, typical Chardonnay aromas of white peach, and candied citrus, with hints of lime, fresh hazelnut, and honeysuckle come through. The palate is a generous mouthfeel with the freshness and tautness showing through. The harmonious finish offers a surprising minerality and a slight salinity.
