Friendly red fruit on an open nose. Supple and silky on the palate with the cool scent of wind blowing through garrigue. Really juicy and so incredibly easy to drink, but there is an underlying seriousness. You could underestimate this wine. Lovely savoury spices-and-herbs undertow and finely judged balance of sweetness, ripeness and acidity. Superb finish – long and almost Burgundian in its fragrance.
