Starward Two-Fold Double Grain Blended Australian Whisky x 1
Two-Fold was our chance to forget compromise. To make a whisky that was as affordable and approachable as we wanted, we had to tear up the rule book (a renegade act we relished, we'll admit).
Nose: Bright red berries coated in buttery vanilla spice.
Palate: Imagine a smooth, rich caramel dessert balanced by tropical fruit.
Finish: Delicate and long. A delicious, dry finish from a faded sweetness.

Starward Fortis Single Malt Australian Whisky x 1
Fortis, coming from the Latin meaning ‘bold’ or ‘brave’, brings intensity. It’s one of the highest proof bottlings we’ve ever done, deftly balanced by our signature Starward smoothness, with the toasty oak and vanilla flavour from American Oak, and the juicy red wine profile from the shiraz and cabernet wine barrels, the boldness of Fortis beckons.
Nose: Madagascan vanilla pods, rich toasted American oak, blackberry jam, raisins, caramelised fig, and overripe plums. 
Palate: Upfront vanilla, quince paste, Muscadelle raisins, chocolate ganache, cinnamon & baked banana bread. 
Finish: Viscous and long, balanced with a finish of baking spices from the oak and ripe figs & raisins.
Future: Sip straight and savour. Or shake it up in a classic cocktail, like vermouth, Campari and orange bitters.

Starward Ginger Beer Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky x 1
Approachable, mixable and oh-so-sippable, Ginger Beer Cask is guaranteed to be the freshest and coolest kid on the block. This year’s ginger beer barrels were jam-packed with more fresh ginger than ever before, so expect a whisky that's as fresh in flavour as it is in cool factor. This also created a perfectly sweet and spicy flavour to compliment our quintessential Starward tropical notes.
Colour: Golden Auburn.
Nose: Ginger, orange and dark chocolate.
Palate: Strong spicy ginger, vanilla and fresh pineapple. Balanced by sweet raisins and fig.
Palate: Big and warming finish. Candied ginger, citrus and sweet Apera.

Starward Octaves Single Malt Australian Whisky x 1
It took some of the world’s oldest Shiraz plantings, Australia’s oldest family-owned winery and Starward’s progressive red-wine-barrel maturation to make this distinctly Australian single malt. When a whisky speaks to Australia’s wine heritage - and Australia's whisky future - you know it’ll be delicious. Especially when it brings the bold flavours you’d expect from Barossa Shiraz barrel maturation.
Colour: Auburn.
Aroma: Rich, full-bodied expression. Red fruit, raisins, ripe peach, caramel and toasty oak.
Palate: Viscous and long, dark forest fruits, and a toasted oak backbone.
Finish: Toasted marshmallow on the finish.
