Nose: Rich and pulpy, the first nose is very fruity. Oscillating between fresh fruit and candied lemon, it develops medicinal, almost camphorated, notes on aeration. Hints of cane sugar are then delicately added, reminiscent of an Islay single malt. As time goes by, more empyreumatic notes take over with burnt wood, incense and even earth.  

Palate: Full and mellow, the palate is pleasantly creamy, almost vanilla-like. The attack is incredibly fruity with pear, apple, mirabelle plum and banana. The mid-palate is distinguished by a pleasant sensation of freshness brought by light aromas of grass and eucalyptus, always with a lot of unctuousness. Finally, the retro-olfaction brings a spicy dimension to star anise and peppermint which makes the pleasure last. 

Finish: Long and greedy, the finish also brings its share of sweetness with aromas of vanilla custard, honey and coffee éclair, then some herbaceous notes complete this finish with green tea and chamomile. The very end is creamy, lemony and vegetal before releasing a pleasantly acidic juice. Finally, the empty glass will leave an impression of artichoke, liquorice, walnut brou and almond milk.
