The 2012 Corryton Estate Cabernet Merlot has a lively aroma of blackberry, hot chocolate, coffee bean, mocha, vanilla & earth. The dense and textural palate is lined with soft fine long tannin & excellent persistence, along with flavours of cocoa butter & red berries. While the wine is ready to drink, it has cellaring potential of 10-15+ years. Cabernet Sauvignon 76%, Merlot 19%, Petit Verdot 5%.
