Pale straw in the glass with inviting aromas of lemon, grapefruit and nashi pear with hints of crushed stone, almond meal, white flowers, crème fraîche and citrus zest. Fantastic composition on the palate, a testimony to some blending/phenolic mastery in the winery, supple and textural yet precise and detailed, finishing dry and savoury with an elegant line in the mouth. Superb stuff.
