Notes from Producer

The name Adela comes from the Latin ‘rich and noble’, signifying the depth of this special whisky that has been matured in ex Oloroso Sherry casks.

Appearance: Copper gold.

Nose: Rich raisins, sultanas, with hints of orange peel and wood spices.

Palate: Raisins and sultanas, rich fruit cake, sweet cinnamon and chocolate.

Finish: Rich and long with a slight dryness.

Non-chill filtered. Natural colour. 46.7% ABV
