Notes from the producer

Our Master Distiller selected this high character single barrel Tennessee Whiskey presented at 125 proof (62.5% ABV) to best reflect the flavour which is imparted by our handmade, toasted and charred, American oak barrels. These barrels are never mingled but bottled individually in very limited quantities for those who appreciated a singular taste experience. This is an aromatic and surprisingly smooth whiskey, with notes of sweet brown sugar that give way to rich toasted oak and hints of dark spice, best savored oak and hints of dark spice, best savored neat or with a few cubes of ice.
