Notes from the producer

The Great Southern Reef Foundation are an incredibly passionate team who are raising awareness and stewardship of the interconnected system of reef that stretches around southern Australia and Tasmania and partner with local organisations to fight against the impact of climate change.

Nose: Apple, apricot, pear, brown wood sugars and kitchen spices. An apricot danish meets an almond croissant. Complex and evolving.
Palate: A salted caramel backbone and a balance of sweet buttery stone fruits from the Apera cask with that old Tawny treacle.
Finish: A lingering finish of lovely sweet, apple, pear, sultana and treacle overlay.
