When Booker Noe fathered the small batch movement over two decades ago, he created Knob Creek to restore the standards of pre-prohibition bourbon: long-aged, big-flavoured straight bourbons of the past. Each carefully hand-selected barrel of the Single Barrel Reserve is bottled individually to become a one-of-a-kind whiskey in each bottle.
