The bottle design for this sparkling wine, affectionately named ‘Wine Me, Dine Me, Please Refine Me’ was created by renowned British fashion designer, Henry Holland. The pinot noir grapes used for this wine were exclusively hand-picked from Bird in Hand’s Woodside estate in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was gently whole-bunch pressed, with just enough skin contact to produce a delicate blush salmon pink colour.
