This dram begins with a floral touch, evoking elderflower and heather, followed by hints of vanilla, custard creams, and a confectionary sweetness reminiscent of foam bananas. As it unfolds on the palate, notes of cocoa nibs and Iberico ham emerge, accompanied by a subtle earthy peat smoke essence. Towards the finish, a tropical undertone emerges with traces of pineapple and coconut, while the peat smoke persists alongside a hint of digestive biscuit.
