Highland Park The Dark 17-Year-Old is a single malt matured exclusively in 1st fill European sherry seasoned oak hogshead casks. It’s been created by Gordon Motion, Master whisky maker by combining 125 of these casks together. It’s the first in a series of two and beautifully presented in a bespoke black glass, oak frame and booklet. Natural cask colour with flavours of dried fruits, cinnamon, toasted almonds, cedarwood, fruitcake and light peat smoke.
