The 16-year-old RATU LAUTOKA DARK Rum from RUM Co. of Fiji is matured for 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Afterwards, part of the rum is refined for another 6 months in 30-year-old Muscat barrels and then the blend is carefully combined. The result is an intense and complex rum.
