Ergaster Single Malt is first aged in brand new barrels. The finishing stage is in reused barrels (Cognac and Vin Jaune barrels). This creates a powerful attack of floral and woody flavours with a slight of vanilla surrounding a mixture of dried fruits and white fruits.
