Rich crimson in color. This wine exudes classical aromas of blackberry, praline, ginger, and sage, accompanied by subtle notes of mocha oak. On the palate, it offers a luxurious experience with flavors reminiscent of blackberry pastille, blackcurrant, and black cherry. The fine, chocolatey tannins provide a velvety texture, beautifully balanced by nuances of mocha, vanilla, and smoky oak. The finish is both velvety and firm, with hints of raspberry and notes of graphite and bush garrigue. This Clare Valley Shiraz is impressively long-lasting, showcasing excellent fruit definition, density, and vitality. Aged for 15 months in French oak, 75% of which is new, and sealed with a screwcap. Alcohol content is 13.6%. Best enjoyed between 2028 and 2050.
