Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Fino Muy Seco Sherry, Spain – Established in 1835 by Manuel Maria Gonzalez, Gonzalez Byass has remained committed to crafting premium Sherry wines and spirits.

This wine undergoes a minimum aging period of 4 years following the traditional Solera system under the protective veil of flor. Thanks to this natural shield, Tio Pepe retains its pale golden yellow hue.

On the nose, it offers sharp yet refined aromas of flor yeast, harmonized with toasted almond notes characteristic of the Palomino grape variety. The palate is notably dry, with lingering almond nuances. Despite spending four years in oak, it surprises with its freshness, culminating in a long, intricate, and dry finish.

Ideal as an aperitif alongside olives, Iberian ham, or cheese, Tio Pepe also pairs well with seafood and fish dishes.
