"Alfonso, owing to its exposure to oxygen, displays a rich golden amber hue. Its aroma profile is characterized by robust notes, highlighted by the nuttiness of the Palomino grape, particularly hazelnuts and walnuts. The aging process in oak imparts subtle oakiness and spiced undertones reminiscent of truffle or leather. On the palate, Alfonso offers a flavorful and well-structured experience, with a lingering and intricate aftertaste. Delicate hints of vanilla emerge, leading to a surprisingly sweet finish."
