This wine is complex and alluring, and exhibits nuances of honey, nougat, red apple and field mushroom, with exquisite structural elegance and great tension within the balance of dosage, acidity and tannin. The flavours have a remarkable persistence and the wine shows the trademark vibrancy of the House of Arras. Blended from the finest Tasmanian Chardonnay and Pinot noir and aged on lees in magnum for an amazing 15 years.
