Simon Tolley Wines believe that great wine is made in the vineyard. During each season, no stone is left unturned to grow the best fruit possible. Where particular seasons provide excellent growing conditions, special fruit characters and outstanding wine expressions, this wine is put aside into their premium range of wines called “Perfectus”.

Slightly smoky, stony scents. Somewhat toasty and nutty over layers of under-ripe peaches and grape fruit on the nose. Pleasantly textured and firmly medium-bodied. Elegant. Using quality French oak (20% new), layers of texture persist with white flesh, peach flavour and a hint of citrus acidity.
