Rhum J.M V.S.O.P. is created by ageing rhum a total of 4 years: the first being new American oak and then finished the last 3 years in bourbon barrels. The rhum is finally reduced to 43 % ABV with pure volcanic spring water. This extraordinary aged rhum retains qualities of the natural terroir and sugarcane of Habitation Bellevue. Expect to find nougat richness with flavours of cinnamon, clove, spiced butter and lemony toffee.
