Sourced from well-established vineyards situated on the fertile soils bordering Victoria and South Australia, predominantly dry-grown with meticulous canopy management to regulate ripening and vine vigor. Harvested during the cool morning hours to preserve freshness, the fruit is swiftly transported to the winery for destemming and crushing, followed by a traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes controlled aeration and temperature regulation for an even fermentation, then spends three months in tank on lees before bottling for an early release.

This Chardonnay offers a lighter, yet characterful expression of the varietal. Pale in color, it exudes vibrant aromas of citrus, nectarine, and subtle integrated oak. With a flavorsome profile and a pleasingly creamy texture, it concludes with a refreshing acidity. Pair with a classic roast chicken infused with thyme and garlic for a perfect match.
