The most recent Cask Variation bottling is an America Oak Refill casks. Unlike their standard American Oak ex-Bourbon Single Cask, where the whisky is matured in casks previously used to age American whiskey, this whisky was matured in a casks previously used for an older batch Sullivans Cove single malt.
